Village HOA
Our Mission of the HOA
- Represents the residents of the village in major issues that are presented to the board. Areas addressed in the past include:
- Improvements to the clubhouse
- Improvements to the exercise area
- Ongoing communications with the owner
- With a membership of over 50%, the HOA inures that the residents will have the first option to buy the land if the owner decides to sell
- Subsidizes coffee hours
- Sponsors holiday and summer functions
- Pays for the liability insurance for the clubhouse
- Contributes to local charities each year
- Conducts general meetings 12 times a year for all residents
- Executive board meets every month to conduct ongoing business
